Practicing the Way 

John Mark Comer's church have published an excellent 8 week course on spiritual formation with lots of free resources called 'Practicing the way'.
As part of our 'Year of discipleship' we will be doing this course during Lent this year both as a sermon series and in midweek group sessions.

Please see a document outlining our sessions and timeline. We already have 3 new sets of leaders willing to run additional groups during the course so it will be great to encourage newcomers and anyone not in a current Home Group to join in too. There are sign up sheets at the back of church and before Sunday there is also an online sign up form available here.
For those of you that are free I will be hosting a meeting on Sunday 9th Feb at 3pm at the Rectory for any Home Group leaders and group leaders to come and learn more about the course and discuss how to make the most of it!

The sermon series starts on 2nd March and we would encourage everyone to join in an evening launch event at church on Wednesday 5th March which is Ash Wednesday.
